2D and Nano Material Inspection
JadeMat-NM can easily measure PL images and perform PL/Raman/TRPL spectrum mapping in one system. It is essential for identifying defects, stresses, layer numbers, carrier types, and carrier lifetimes for nanomaterials, such as 2D materials, nanowires, and quantum dots. In addition, vortex beam excitation is introduced into the system as a new optical tool for discovering and observing novel phenomena.
